Mtn **** service

Mtn has the worst service in the history of telecoms. I went to the store and was told the systems are offline to take a contract specifically the 100gigs. So they said apply online which I did. They called me back and I was approved for that amount but no they can't give me that deal. I have to take another deal with the same price. I had received 3 emails, social media feedback which all been transferred to another department. The people who offer these service are an outsourced contract so anything that happens to you mtn has no clue. A conniving stratergy to not take the blame for anything. They have no customer care at all. Mtn is slowly fading away!!!
