MTN Service

Two months ago I made a claim through MTN insurance and was successful. After I got my new phone a Samsung A3 smartphone my accounts were never changed. I'm still being billed on the Blackberry I had previously and I'm still getting benefits I had on the previous phone. I called the call center and I was told a long story which I don't even remember.

Secondly I insured my new phone as well and I never got a letter confirming my new phone is covered. The reason why I need this letter (which stipulates the type of phone and imei number) so that if something happens I need to have proof that my phone is covered and I'm not told stories.
