MTN service

About three years ago I had a contract with MTN of an airtime and debit from my account,so it happen that at work they sent us data for work shops over the weekend but I couldn't receive because of the contract airtime on my phone,well I tried to call many times well with different champions when I ask if my contract may be terminated I was when is going to expire, suddenly I will see it continuing when I go to the branch I'm told to call all the time ,it happened several times, until one champion last year told me that it's going to expire on the 11-03-)2023 and that I should call 30 days before so this week I called on the sixth of February 2023 asked termination of my contract and the guy denied at first that I should do exactly on the 11-02-2023,I told him that the 11 is Saturday and according to the cancellation board they're not working over the weekend so he agreed to terminate, before sunset I received SMS that says my contract is is renewed until 02-07-2023,so the following day I called I spoke to a champion and she said she doesn't see any thing,a asked what it means,she kept saying she doesn't see anything,so today I tried to call customer service again I was invain,just want the contract to be terminated,I'm tired.
