Mtn service

I spent 3 hours at the musgrave branch having an esim transferred only to have my entire phone shut down, finally i was told to go to pavilion where I spent an additional 1.5hrs only to be told there’s nothing they can do as they have escalated it (Nirmilal Gopal) who i needed to wait for could have come out ot his very long conversations and notify me of this. It is 24 hours later and my phone is still not working at all and this is impacting my business. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Mtn is possibly the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.
