MTN Service
<p>I found out yesterday that MTN owes me money. Funny how they have been deducting money off my account for months now. They made a note to process my credit and gave me a reference number. Now i have to call them back all the time to make sure that the credit has been processed. Then ask them to credit the money into my bank account. I have to follow up to make sure you do your job but its easy to take the money off my account!!! Im not happy. I want this done like yesterday</p>

kindly be advised that a credit request of R1475.98 Incl vat for Promo fee Charges has been sent through for approval for cell no:*** invoice/s date:2016-12-20 to 2017-03-20 it should take within 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your contract account.

So its the 04 April and I just got off the phone with MTN with regards to my refund. This could possibly be the 7 cal i had to make to follow up on my refund.
Called yesterday and it was still not requested after i spoken to them the week before and the perosn i spoke to said it was done. everytime you call you dealing sith someone different and having to explain the same thing over an d over and over again. Yesterday morning i was told, this will take 24hrs, i called now at 14:10 and get told it will now take 7 working days. This is ridiculous. I am so disgusted at whats going on.

I need help please. someone who can actually give me the right information. MTN you messing me around. I want my money
