Had a upgrade on my husband's contract done at MTN Alberton City and was helped by Lebogang Manamela. We took out the deal that comes with a TV. A week later we were asked to come in to complete another form which I think Lebogang forgot to give us. Form was completed and we were told to wait a few weeks for the TV. Cool. We waited until we got worried thinking maybe they forgot about us - that was in Ocotber when we did the upgrade.

I called into the store yesterday 05/01/2016 and spoke to a guy named Humbulani Nedane at 10:47. He asked who helped me on that day and gave him all the details he could use to get the query solved and he said he will come back to me. I waited for his call until I called back at 12:50 and spoke to Lebogang Mananmela who I reminded her of who I was and told me that she will get the manager to call me back. I asked who is the manager and she said Humbulani. The said manager only called back at 13:52 with such a BAD & STINKING attitude. Before we could get far with our conversation I asked him what does he know of customer contact and he kept quiet. I reminded him that I call in at 10:47 in the morning and he is only calling me back at 13:52 - proper customer service / contact you phone the client whether you have positive or negative feedback - hope he got that for future queries.

I asked him to give me the feedback, he was so not in the mood to say the least. You could hear that he just wanted to get rid of me. He told me that 'these people'(which I have no idea of who they are) attempted delivery on the 16th of November and they could not locate the address. I made him read out the address he has which happens to be my address that I have use for as long as I have lived and it stands on my MTN profile and statements. He furthermore told me that I must call them(still no name) to find out where is my package.

I aksed him why should I be calling people I don't know whereas my deal is with MTN. He responded with: 'If you don't call them then it's not my problem'.

A whole manager says that to a client, a manager!!!!!

Where was he trained - if he was?
