MTN *** service

Worst customer care service ever. How can i be at fault for your agents not following their protocols and instructing the customer correctly. I am sick and tired of *********** people throwing their blame around and not taking accountability. yes i do see how i faulted however i reached out and made an arrangement now still you want to hand me over coz your agents close tickets without solving issues. Last contract with MTN , from now on Telkom is where i will be taking my business. MTN is utter bull****.
