Mtn Servce is bad

MTN overall the service is bad... i was in mtn mall of the south, 30 nov 2019- to do a sim swap, the system was on off line , bcs Mtn was busy migrating a new system. Amukelani Baloyi -sale person from Mtn mall of the south SABC1265 -F062, assisted me , sim swap was done, money was paid, i was advice that by 19:00 that night it will be active. it almost 2 month , still nothing, i have been to Maponya , Southgate, Trade route ,an and Newtown mall, none can assist. The phone no *** on the invoice does not work, call the mall directory gave me no *** invalid, i paid , got a sim card, not active. (that is after 2 months no branch could assist , bcs they we off -line all the time),that before i went to your branch in Mall of South.

Now your feedback also suck. I was not ask for which number the swap was done, was it prepaid of contract.. do you have a invoice can you send it to us. i need this solve, this is a contact card and we have not use it for 2 months .The sim swap was for the no..**********, **** I CAN SEND YOU THE INVIOCE THAT I PAID,, r115 DAM RAND.i will not be on the system. is you job to investigate , gave me a number for MTN mall of the south, the one on the top level , i will do you job for you
