MTN SENT MY FULLY PAID ACC TO DEBT COLLECTORS
I APPARENTLY HAD OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT WITH MTN AND THEY HANDED ME OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS AND I HAVE RECENTLY PAID OFF THAT ACCOUNT, TO MY SURPRISE MTN HAS HANDED ME OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I SENT A PAID UP LETTER TO MTN AND DO NOT APPRECIATE IT IF THEY DO THIS TO ME, I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW, I AM STARTING TO DOUBT THEIR SERVICE
