MTN SENDS SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL ON MY EMAIL

I got an email with someone else's name after doing a sim swap. I contacted them and was asked to send in ref number. I did so but 2 months down the line I still get email statements on that name. I wonder if any queries are followed up on and verified as solved by the supervisors.
