MTN sends incomplete orders and cant fix issue

MTN sent me a router online. No sim card or function. I took it to my nearest store. They said I have to return to unknown sender. I left it at the store. No use of the product whatsoever. They billing me every month. Nobody can assist. 3rd time Im posting. Hello Peter doesnt even help them to get someone to reach out. Dont support MTN online purchases, their system doesnt work. No quality control.
