MTN sending unsolicited advertorial without my consent.
I have recently been involved in a contract upgrade with MTN (11.10.2019). Since this date I have been bombarded with MTN advertorial on both my cellular and personal email address. I did, at no time agree to this advertorial or any notices of specials being sent to me and consider this an infringement of my right to privacy. I lodged a complaint on the MTN Complaints line and have received Complaint registration Number #*** back. I have requested MTN to desist from sending me their ******* without my consent. This is nothing but unsolicited marketing is ******* in terms of the ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION.
I am lodging this complaint on Hellopeter as this seems to be the only way to get action.
