MTN sending me from Pillar to Post. Does it really take a week to get Itimised bill?

I called MTN on Tuesday around 11:30 to request itimised billing for a specific day. Until today i haven't recieved the file. Tried using the Twitter page but still not getting Joy.

I also requested my telephone records(location) for a specific date. I was told MTN doesn't keep such info i should go to SAPS. My cellphone records are the only thing that prove my whereabouts I will highly appreciate it if you may assist
