MTN sending false advertising and info to clients

So today I recieved an Email from MTN informing me that its that time and I am eligable for an upgrade on my contract, Super exited I contact MTN to find out if I can come in tommorrow Saturday to complete my upgrade but then I am informed, Sorry sir you cant upgrade and IF MTN does your upgrade you need to pay R2500 as this wiil be an early upgrade. What BS is this that you recieve an email to say conrats lets get you upgraded and then when doing the uprade you told sory you not due and shouls we upgrade you you need to pay. This is ***** and false advertising and everybody out there should know how corup MTN is doing bussiness. I wil put this on all MTN adds going forward to inform the public of how bad MTN is.
