Mtn send me wrong account with sms and I payed in that account, next thing the account doesn't belong to me

Mtn send me wrong account with sms and I payed in that account, next thing the account doesn't belong to me. Now my money can't be moved back to my account. I need to double pay my account. They even closed their service. I really would never recommend anyone to use this network. I never like them, this is my first purchase.
