MTN sells useless phones
I bought a Blackberry Z3 through Edgars City in Cape Town, Adderly Street on the 01/10/2014 and two months down the line the phone couldn't't read my sim card. I took it to Edgars for repairs in December. I was up and down with edgars after a month and they told me that my phone is with Mtn and I must wait for an sms. After being sent from pillar to post I called MTN and they said that i must pay because I damaged the phone. My question was how I can I damage a phone. Anyway I was told I will receive an sms to go and pay, I was without a phone for a month and now resorted to buy a cheap phone because I cannot stay without a phone. Months down the line I'm still waiting for the sms. I dont know where the hell is my phone that I paid my hard earned cash for. This will teach me next time not to buy any MTN goods and I will tell my friends of MTN selling cheap phones to people that will be damaged and still I have to pay on top of paying R3000 and still be given a useless phone. I'm don't have words for this, I'm so utterly disappointed for your service MTN.
