MTN sells phones but doesn't answer them.

There is a limited online upgrade offer but getting anyone from MTN to answer their phones is nearly impossible. I've been calling for hours, just to be placed on hold, waiting and waiting and no one answers. The people replying on MTN's Facebook tells me to contact a 3rd party, Mondo, instead of taking my number and getting someone to call me back.
