MTN sells a contract cellphone in my name,*****!!

I saw that MTN deducted over a R1000 from my bank account for a cellphone. I went to the nearest branch, where I was told that I was a victim of identity theft. I asked for the information of the person who stole my identity, but for that I must open a police case. Furthermore I was listed, possessively for my protection, on the Credit Bureau. Because of that, I can`t even open an account before presenting evidence that it is really me!<br> MTN has insiders, how else did this person got hold of the phone, without me standing there with my actual ID book to identify me?<br> It cost me a lot of money , had to change my bank account, without apology from MTN.
