Mtn selling dreams

Mtn is selling lies....bought data package on a Black Friday promotion in November 2018, was suppose to be receiving 20 gig day time and 20 gig night time but only receiving 10 gig day and 10 gig night. Called mtn contract said i need to send in my contract which I can get from any mtn store.Went to carnival mall mtn they took my details and said the manager will get back to me as his the only one that can assist me with getting my contract,3 weeks passed no correspondence from them went back, another consultant helped me and printed the contract without any hassles and was surprised when I told him what I was previously told regarding getting my contract and the whole manager story. Immediate emailed mtn the contract I received which wasn’t signed as it was a copy, the consultant who assisted was very helpful and I immediately received a reference number, weeks passed still without response from mtn contract so I called another consultant was very rude and wasn’t helpful. Called again another one said the feedback from mtn was that I email them a signed contract. Had to go back again to the store where this time A consultant phone contract department and said according to mtn records I am receiving which 20 gig day and 20 gig night, I told them there’s no such thing. To think that last year they had the same promotion running for Black Friday (2019) Just wondering how many people fell for this and how many will actually notice the data they receiving isn’t what promised or sold!! Mtn South Africa is selling lies!
