MTN SELLING CONTRACT AND NOT GIVING WHAT HAS BEEN PROMISED

good day so this is my second review on the same problem MTN clearly don't care about after serves. I upgraded one of my contracts MTN the deal come wit 1 GB of data and a few smse and 150 min and on that time MTN direct had a special that I will receive a extra 1GB for 12 month ; I called them trying to get GB BUT every time they say the lady that sold the contract to me GRanny or Tiny het supervisor will call me as they can only be reach on email almos 2 month and I am still waiting to get MTN to get back to me. I asked for a voice recording that was done when taking out the contract so they first told me to go to the nearest store they will send it to them and I can listen to it there but iam 200km away from a store ; then the second time they told me I need to get the police to call mtn then they will be able to send me the voice note. MTN don't care. I then upgraded my second contract and its almost a month and never received my 30GB that mtn Promised with every upgrade. the are laying and braking contract from there said iam fed up and have no idea what or who to call. I will not pay my bills as MTN promised me stuff with my contract and don't deliver. afrter they sold me my contract they don't care!!! MTN told me on my previous review they will be in contact with me ... 2 weeks and no one has called ore contacted me.
