MTN selling 2nd hand phones as new.
Found out l have been paying for a second hand Samsung S8 Plus for the last 18 months. MTN repairs faulty phones, re-packages and sells these phones as new to unsuspecting customers. Phones will be boxed as new. This is what happens when you return a faulty phone to MTN, they send it for repair and box it as new and sell it without disclosing anything to customers. I am deeply HURT. Paying 18 months for a repaired phone. Guys just know that receiving a boxed phone from MTN is no guarantee the phone is new.
