MTN selects competition winners and keeps prizes to themselves!

There was a competition on Facebook that I won on 3 December that I was told I'd get within 10 days, a R500 grocery voucher. 5 days after I won I queried and was told my matter would be escalated an I'd be provided with feedback within 48 hours, of which I never received.

Whenever I call customer care, I just get told they're escalating my case and I'd get feedback, whenever I call again to request, they tell me there escalating my matter again.

I have been sending emails, messages on both Facebook and WhatsApp platforms and calling but no one is helping, they'd rather end the call or not respond to my emails or tell me they're escalating my matter. I have close to 10 escalations with no feedback or prize.

Another victim of these lies also confirmed that she never received her prize from MTN, after she was also selected as a winner for a certain competition.
