MTN SEGMENT PRODUCT - NOT SATISFACTORY

I have a contract that is paid every month coming to an end in July but never received their data, I have visited the Grahamstown store they only did a sim swap telling me that I should wait for 24hrs to be activated. To this day MTN never kept its promise, I have never received their service product.... I tried all avenues to be assisted to this day.
