mtn seems to be just as useless as altech
we moved over from altech to mtn. From Monday the 14th March my line has been suspended. when I called altech they keep telling me to restart the phone. when I called mtn they told me its on prepaid on their end and I must call altech. I've been calling everyday to try and get it resolved. mtn says its on prepaid but when i try dial out it says suspended. i was told to dial ##002# then switch off and on again after 5 minutes and nothing has changed? 5 days with no service and nobody can tell me why. I am extremely frustrated at this point and I'm tired of calling mtn and altech to try resolve this.
