mtn sealing money

mtn phoned me saying i qualify for a R99 contract from them i just needed to complete an over the phone debit order and ill recieve the phone within 7 working days witch i never recieved i got an sms saying that the application was unssucsessfull wich is fine but then since sept last year they have added services which i never agreed to ( luno , hotspotter, phonebox , sossquad and others. when i phone them they cant help me to remove the services wich gets debited from my bank acount ( tolal of R450) they only supply a toll free number witch isnt free to call and no one picks up the phone
