Terrible service from MTN South Africa.

I bought a home router on 11 January 2026 from MTN Mall of Africa. It did not work and was returned within the 7-day cooling-off period. The contract was cancelled, but I still have not received my R795 refund.

I have been sent back and forth and told to wait 48–72 hours with no resolution. Completely unacceptable. I want my refund urgently. Do not trust this MTN nonsense they will take you for a ride
