MTN *****/scram on my MTN account

I have called the MTN ***** line several times regarding *****ulent activities that occurred on My MTN Account. I have visited the MTN store, and nobody is able to assist me with this. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care is shocking. Who is going to be liable for the payment *****ulent transaction? MTN must take full responsibility for this internal *****. Being a loyal customer for so many years, MTN definitely does not care about its customers. MTN, please sort out my MTN account immediately.
