MTN Scottburgh

I would just like to compliment the staff at MTN Scottburgh on their excellent customer service.

They went above and beyond on the 15th of July 2022 to resolve an ongoing issue I have had porting my number to MTN. This despite the fact that I signed up for my new MTN contact online and wasn’t actually making an in-store purchase.

Their store manager even followed up the next day to verify that the port and RICA on my new SIM card was successful.
