MTN ****s people

I canceled my MTN data sim last month as it was coming to an end. Instead of my monthly premium to decrease MTN increased it 3 times what I normally pay. I try to call them to hear what the problem is and guess what? They are nowhere to be found, I sent them emails numerous times asking them to please call me but they clearly don't want to. MTN IS ******** PEOPLE AND I AM PEOPLE.
