MTN ****s

MTN are ******** customers. I have been charged for a non existing service for 8 months now. Upgraded my old contract during July 2021. Deal included " add R69 p/m and recieve LTE router with 100gigs data. Recieved router without sim card so the product is useless to me. No store can assist as it was purchased online. Contacting MTN via e-mail is useless and without results. Agdnts dont know what to do. Agent that did deal has supposedly been promoted. All I request is the service or a total refund
