Mtn ****s customer money

It never ends with this *** network provider! I canceled one my lines with mtn on the 3rd of July and was told it takes 1-3 working days. Till to date, they haven't done it. I'm still getting billed for a contract I canceled. They do this on purpose to keep taking my money.
