MTN ****s and lies!
I have been waiting for over a month now for "feedback" from mtn regarding a contract that I have started paying for.. I still do not have my correct device! MTN has given me nothing but terrible service. I have received one email asking how they could help and no other response except for when I went to the store and now I get an sms every now and then once I make contact stating that they are waiting for feedback. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET FEEDBACK AND GIVE ME THE DEVICE I WAS SOLD!
