MTN ******** products

MTN mislead met with a new upgrade ons my original contract which does not benefit me at all. One hundred rand of international calls, I have no one living over seas, and 400 minute only MTN to MTN. I would never agree to this as the lady said the upgrade will be from 200 rand to 500 rand of airtime. Can not get them, through numerous 33 minute calls, to disgard this **** which they mislead me with. I can provide the screenshot of my phone ringing for 33 minutes, with no response.
