MTN ******** people with Reycreo

I'm so angry right now, I've just been off the phone with customer "care" agent because airtime has been disappearing from my account from some Reycreo company; I don't know what reycreo is and have NEVER subscribed to anything, this nosipho girl does not want to refund my account. How the hell am I paying for a service I never authorized? I want my airtime MTN - my blood is boiling now.
