MTN ******** ME OF MY DATA

I bought 5gig weekly data for R199 this morning and my data never loaded. Never received a confirmation sms either. This has been happening a lot to me lately. Even when I buy airtime it disappears so I have to resort to buying data through my banking app. I urgently need that data, I tried calling 135 but I don't get an option to speak to their "service champions". The problem can't be with my phone but with MTN because I always check my background data etc weekly to avoid all of this mess
