MTN ******** customers

I've just been ****med by MTN.

I purchased a data bundle three days ago - received an order confirmation number and had the money taken from my bank account. No data was uploaded to my number. I contacted customer care who confirmed it would arrive in 24 hours but nothing came after 2 days

After sending screenshots of my order confirmation and my bank statement, I called the support line - the agent Sibongile Mabaso was particularly difficult and refused to help me, and would not let me speak to a manager.

Looks like this is the end of the line for me with MTN.
