MTN ******** CLIENTS

Good Afternoon,

Please note that i ma being given a run around regarding canceling my contract with mtn... i have been calling MTN since morning and im on the 5th call with mtn and i still get no help but lines cut rather and no one bothers to call me back.

i feel it is within my right to cancel my contract as it ended but mtn makes it hard for me to do that so they can keep on making me pay. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

CAN MTN RETENTIONS GET BACK TO ME ON ***.

MTN IS LITTERALLY ******** PEOPLE OFF THEIR MONEY BY DOING RUN AROUNDS WHENCONTRACTS NEED TO BE CANCELED. AND THIS MUST STOP.
