MTN ********. Lack of Transparency!

I app**** for a fixed LTE 24-month contact that they are still currently advertising as 24-months. However, when I received the contract it it stated 36-months which was clearly what I DID NOT apply for.

Fast forward a couple of weeks later and they are giving me the run around because of their lack of transparency. I finally managed to return their device after going to their shop TWICE!

The cancellation process has been intentionally delayed by MTN in for them to try and debit my account for a service not rendered. And I’ve heard quite a number of people have had the same experience with them and their partners in crime Mondo.

Fortunately, I was able to reverse their debit and block all possible subsequent debits from MTN.

I urge you to stay away from dealing with MTN!
