My upgrade was due and did not like any new packages, a guy from retention called me and said he did a analysis of my account and offered me a R439 package which would suite my usage, and I could upgrade at any time if needed however within 2 days I ran out of voice calls topped up by 500 minutes and also already used up, so now called you and said not working for me I need to migrate to Black sky package and now you tell me I have to wait three month, MTN are ******** be careful people
