MTN ****med me to a slower internet package

I got a phone call from MTN for an early upgrade on my MTN router contract. The rate was much better, and they charge a R1600 early upgrade fee.

One thing they did not explain was that the internet speed is being downgraded from 30 to 10 mbps. This was never explained on the telephonic contract
