MTN ****med me

I ordered a phone through MTN in October. A iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked, the contact name is Geoff and Gareth, 2 upper management individuals who have an outside seller named Neo. I paid a deposit for the phone as requested and have been waiting for the phone since October, with new excuses everyday. So I'm wondering if MTN head office actually knows that MTN employees are selling company phones on the side to make their own side deals or is this all just a **** with MTN employees? I'm now contacted lawyers to open a case and given them all the information of each individual involved and all information and communication.
