In march 2016 I took my Samsung galaxy k zoom for repair to mtn shop in secunda mall some of the keys were not working and the phone would freeze. For months I waited with no feedback from mtn. I then called Mtn repair and I was told to pay R330.00, I asked why should I pay because the phone is still under warranty or guarantee they said because the damage is due to water. I told them the phone has never been in the water, I then decided to pay so that my phone can be fixed. In September I received the call from mtn shop in secunda to come and collect my phone . To my worse nightmare the phone was not fixed and it does not even switch on at all. It came back in a bad condition worse than what it was . Please help. The phone I'm talking about was under contract for twenty four months paying R330.00 a month.</p>

Please assist us with the JOB CARD number.
The R330.00 fee is for the admin. This is a standard fee for repairs. Cross aboard. Even if the device is still under warranty.
Have the repair centre sent to you the report that reflect the device was in water after investigation? You can request this report from them.
You need to take the device back to the MTN store in Secunda with the Job card number for investigation that the device has not been repaired.
