MTN ****!! ****!****

Guys be careful of this mtn And third parties .they are ****** if someone calls you and offers you a contract refuse they are ******. I was offered a Zte mtn device for a price of R399 per month unlimited. Was told it also has power backup in case of loadshedding. That was not the case.i received the device only to find there is no network connection in my area. I tried to contact mtn several times even went to their outlets but still it was just pillar to post.I then told them I'm canceling the contract since I cannot pay for something I can't use and mind you I was told I Can cancel at anytime for a R95 fee which was also a lie. Now they charged me R2700 for cancelation fees I don't know under which grounds.i am so disappointed with this type of service even when you call mtn you wot get assistance. Their customers care emails they take their sweet time to respond. I won't let this laying down.
