MTN **** People with their Contracts

I took a contract with MTN the lady who called me about the contract and I took the contract but the Sim card was not working on the phone I went to Mega City branch they sent me to Pavillion mall when got there the lady who assisted me told me that the Sim card is not working on the phone I need to buy a home Router of which it will cost 2000 and some change on top of the contract am paying and I pay this contract since Sept I never benefited when I want to cancel they want to change 1600 for what because I never use the data they keep on deducting my money what they doing to me is very unfair they are ******** taking people money for nothing
