MTN ****

I went to mtn on the 25th of March 2020, wanting to buy a router and their wifi deal of 40 + 40 GB that's R299 per month. Okay, I got there ans I asked questions, you pay an additional R30 every month if you want to purchase the router too. The guy at the shop asks for my documents and everything and before I sign he says "You have to pay an upfront fee of R130. I did not appreciate the fact that he tells me later about the upfront fee. That's fine since I paid it. Up until TODAY I have not gotten a chance to use my router because apparenty, RICA still has not RICA'd my simcard. The sales guy asks me when I want my debit order to go through, I tell him the 30th or 31st of every month. He lets me know that I will be debited on the last day of April. I wake up this morning and see that MTN has debited me and it's only the 7th. Worse part is I AM NOT EVEN USING MY ROUTER SINCE THAT SERVICE IS DENIED TO ME BECAUSE MY SIMCARD HAS NOT BEEN RICA'D. So am I now supposed to pay for a service I AM NOT GETTING????????
