Mtn ****

Zero rating and very dissappointed and i feel ****** by them they offered me a contract decrease and only to find my contract increase from what was suppose to be 699 to 1075 and to this day since 2021 may they cant fix this problem . Everytime i follow up i hear it being referred to head office following communication in writing from them that the matter had be resolved however it was not as they continued to debit 1075. I need help with this
