Mtn ****

My MTN account was hacked in July 2022 I informed MTN immediately when I noticed that huge amounts of data was being purchased. MTN said that they will investigate which they did. post investigation they said there no ***** and I am liable for payement of R9860. For many years that I have been with MTN,my average monthly usage does not exceed 2G,there is no way in that particular point of time I can use data and reach this amount of money

If Mtn insisted that I owe then this money thus is a direct infringements of my rights as a consumer

currently they are threatening to block my line which I have had with for over 10 years. it's beyond me that such a loyal customer as myself can be treated by what I thought a reputable company in this absurd manner.
