MTN is the biggest ************.
I am now showen a bill of +-R2000 for a black friday deal i signed in 2018. I was promised it will be corrected by Monday. Lets wait and see.
Further they have sent me an upgrade deal when i opt to upgrade they boot me out the system. The call centre says i can only do that upgrade online. How do i do an upgrade? Its complete madness.
MTN PLEASE RESPOND and sort this out.
