MTN ****

I have gotten calls twice with regards to MTN products and was ****med! Consultants offered me great packages and each time told me that i will NOT be charged anything extra for these services only to find out come end of the month, i was debited!!I called MTN, an investigation was done with Mondo who offered me the package. They soon established that I was indeed mislead. I then had to return the device, follow the cancellation process and MTN promised that all monies owed to me will be refunded into my bank account. This has been going on since July.. I have not received a single cent ! Each time i called, i was given a reference number and everytime i had to explain the situation ALL over again! MTN is the worst network provider i have ever come across in terms of their customer service! I will certainly be cancelling my contracts with them!!
