Mtn ****

I have been with mtn since I had my first phone around1998. On the 19th of October they just subscribed me to a culler tune without my knowledge. I saw a message "you have successfully subscribed to this caller tune and I immediately unsubscribed. A month ago when I called my mom who is a pensioner and my brother the same caller tune was playing on their phones. I asked them about this and they were not aware of this. It was then that I realized mtn was ripping their customers off. I called them and it was answered by a lady called Khensani who said they can't assist me to cancel the caller tune on my mom's phone and this means that every week they deduct R1 from her phone. I again bought a simcard for data only beginning of this month. It is for Bozza gig data for R99. It worked well. Today I recharged the airtime (R99) for that simcard so that I can convert it to data. When I get home the simcard was left with R44. When I call mtn, I spoke to another lady who was rude and she decided to cut my call and transfered me to Khensani who told me that I have a subscription that I don't know about. I think Mtn is ******** their customers by making subscriptions on their behalf without any knowledge. Please assist
